I am originally from San Diego and went to College at Cal State Fullerton in Orange County. I fell in love with snowboarding 20+ years ago and always dreamed of living in Mammoth. I was eventually able to realize that dream in 2018 when I moved to Mammoth Lakes and started MammothBNB. I was initially exposed to short term rentals when I started renting out the "mother-in-law unit" at my Fullerton, CA home. It was a huge success, partially due to the proximity to Disneyland, and I learned everything there is to know about renting on Airbnb. I now live in Mammoth full time with the goal of running the best property management company in the Eastern Sierra.

Gavin has been living in Mammoth Lakes for over 5 years and he started working with MammothBNB in April 2022. He was previously a Manager at Black Tie Ski Rentals here in Mammoth. Black Tie is a ski rental delivery service, so Gavin is already very familiar with all the condo complexes where our rentals are located. You may know his voice if you listen to the local radio station, KMMT 106.5. He works part-time at the station as a DJ, so make sure you tune in on your drive into town. Gavin is a great asset to our business and he is excited to help people enjoy their vacation in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
